Explicitly choose whether the account should join a clan, request troops, stay or leave.

In HOME → Request & Leave, select Window. Enter the destination Clan tag for modes that join a clan. Check the full tag.

Enlarge image ↗Request while inside requests from the current clan without joining or leaving. Leave only leaves without requesting troops. Review the mode and use Start service when ready.
